Simply cut down all the foliage in Autumn to the soil level and lift the tuber and store away in dry peat, newspaper, or a paper bag and store away in a cool, dry location. Or if you have them in pots you can simply pull the containers inside in a frost free area for the winter. Lightly water the soil about once every 6-8 weeks to keep the tuber from drying out completely.
