Shipping & Delivery
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Due to state regulations and/or agricultural restrictions, we cannot ship live plants, bulbs, bare-roots, etc. to the following states or territories: Puerto Rico, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, and Guam.  However, all of our fertilizers can be shipped anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.  Due to Agricultural restrictions, we cannot ship any Citrus Fruit Trees to TX, FL, CA, and HI. All zone shipped items purchased will be shipped at the appropriate time for planting in your area for the best results.  Roberta's only ships plants from mid March through the first week of June each season.  Our fertilizer is available to ship anytime.  All collections are zone shipped unless otherwise noted in the product description area. Orders will ship within 5-7 days of when your zone opens up for planting. If you place your order after your zone has opened, then your order will still be shipped within 5-7 days of receiving it, often sooner. For nonzoned items, Roberta's has designated beginning ship dates for these plants.  These are displayed within the product description area for each product.  Please feel free to look over our Shipping & Hardiness Zone Page to gain an estimated delivery time for your order. 
Roberta’s uses UPS and the USPS as its delivery couriers in order to effectively deliver your live plants and bulbs/bare-roots to you. Shipping charges will be applied at checkout. UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Roberta's utilizes USPS for all non-perishable fertilizers and for all hardy bulbs/bare-roots.

Fall planted bulbs will ship upon their arrival from Holland, usually late September to early October. Holiday gift bulbs start shipping in late October through the end of November. 
All payments made will be processed immediately in order to secure the items for you. Your order will be shipped when it is appropriate for planting in your USDA planting zone. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Successful payment will ensure your item(s) will be secured and sent to you at the appropriate time for planting in your area.  If paying by check, please mail payment along with order sheet to the following address.

This information is collected for internal review, and not shared with other organizations.  Like many other websites, Roberta's deposits certain bits of information called “cookies” in a visitor’s computer. Cookies help tell us how and when pages in a Web site are visited and by how many people. This technology does not collect personal, identifiable information; the information collected is in an aggregate, non-identifiable form. We may use non-identifying and aggregate information only to improve our website.  We do not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals visiting our site.
Warranty & Replacements
We guarantee our plants to be true to name and variety and will deliver them directly to you in prime condition for planting. Each shipment will come with complete growing instructions. While we cannot accept responsibility for losses due to negligence, intense weather and acts of mother-nature, or ignoring our hardiness zone recommendation, we do offer a one- time replacement guarantee for cold hardy perennials for 1 year from the date of shipment. Our hardy perennials are plants that can be left outside during the winter season to come back in the spring. Annuals, houseplants, tropicals, and tender perennials (cannot take a frost) are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of shipment. Roberta’s will replace the original plant; however, if we do not have it in inventory, we will provide a similar or comparable plant at no charge. If it is too late in the season to ship the replacement plants, your product will be shipped the following planting season. We do not offer a money back guarantee. This warranty is explicitly for product purchased from our website and does not supersede other warranties offered on other marketing venues.  If you need a plant(s) replaced, then please fill out this plant replacement form entirely. If you would like to change your shipping time than your normal USDA zone release, then please call us to make the change.
