When Nepeta's stems are broken, they release an aroma into the air that tends to attract cats, thus its common name, Catmint. This aromatic foliage also helps deter mosquitios and other pests in the garden. Plants respond well to shearing to promote rebloom. No catmint is a more beautiful and uniform growing than Cat’s Meow Nepeta. It's truly the "cat's meow"!
