Crocosmia are easy to grow and they do very well in those hard to grow areas, so site them near a wall or structure where not reliably hardy and it will thrive! Dahlias are some of the largest flowering plants you can provide in your garden or containers. Dinnerplates are the largest sized dahlias available, truly blooming the size of a dinner plate! They grow tall with strong, sturdy foliage and stems extending upwards of 3-5 feet topped with gigantic, colorful blossoms throughout summer. You may need to stake these and tie the plants as they grow.
